Ordering & Payment

Click "Buy Now" on any product page to be taken directly to our secure checkout. Select your quantity and complete payment using your preferred method. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Flexible buy-now-pay-later options may also be available at checkout depending on your order total.
Yes. All transactions on KinetikGym are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be in processing or fulfillment. Please contact us immediately at support@kinetikgym.com or (732) 875-6221 and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping

We ship exclusively within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Larger items (like power racks and treadmills) ship via freight and may take 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Large freight items may carry a separate delivery fee.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact us at support@kinetikgym.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. See our full Refund & Return Policy for complete details.
Contact our support team at support@kinetikgym.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving an RMA — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kinetikgym.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Products

Yes. Most products include a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the item. Warranty details are listed on each product page under the Specifications section. For warranty claims, contact us and we'll assist you through the process.
Some items, like the Apex Rack, require assembly. All products ship with detailed assembly instructions, and most can be assembled by one or two people with basic tools. Assembly videos and guides are available upon request.
We recommend starting with adjustable equipment like the Xtreme Dumbbell Set or Kinetik 40 kettlebell, which grow with you as your strength increases. For cardio, the Velocity Mini or StrideFold 2-in-1 are great compact options with minimal setup. Check out our Blog for beginner training guides.
