Refund & Return Policy

At KinetikGym, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, our 30-day return policy makes it simple to get help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is covered under manufacturer warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@kinetikgym.com or call (732) 875-6221 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Your RMA: We'll review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Important: Do not ship any items back without a valid RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at their expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damage during transit). For large freight items (power racks, treadmills), return freight costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kinetikgym.com with:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled separately from our standard return policy. For warranty-related issues after 30 days, contact us and we will facilitate the manufacturer warranty process on your behalf. Warranty periods are listed on each product page.
