Shipping Policy

We want your KinetikGym order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Destinations

KinetikGym ships exclusively within the continental United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), or international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

During peak shopping periods (major holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll notify you if there is an unexpected delay.

Standard Shipping (Small & Medium Items)

Most items — including dumbbells, kettlebells, mini bikes, resistance bands, and similar compact equipment — ship via standard ground service through UPS or FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Freight Shipping (Large Items)

Large, heavy items — such as the Apex Rack and Titan 1500 treadmill — require freight (LTL) shipping. These items are shipped on pallets via a freight carrier.

Please inspect the freight shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is apparent, note it on the receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery. If you haven't heard from the carrier within 5 business days of your shipment notification, please contact us.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes update tracking before physical delivery.
  3. Contact us at support@kinetikgym.com if the package still hasn't appeared.

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
